The Harlot Church

"O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed among you as crucified? This only I want to know: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh? Have you suffered so many things in vain- if indeed it was in vain?" (Gal. 3:1-4).

Would you agree with me that the Church has been bewitched? The enemy of our soul, satan, has taught the Church not to believe the truth, which is Jesus Christ. Any serious student of the Bible would agree that there is something wrong with the Church. From the United States of America to the smallest village in Africa, it is easily recognized that the Church that is found in the Bible is different from what we call the "church." The present Church has fallen away from faith in God to faith in all "these things" that belong to Satan. There are both adultery and idolatry in the Church. While religious people continue to defend the current state of the Church, the remnant of God has been crying within, and continues to pray for the Lord's will to be done in His Church. 

The following are some of the characteristics of the Harlot Church.

1. It does not accept Jesus Christ as her Lord. It only sees Christ as her Savior.
2. It rejects the activities of God's Holy Spirit. It considers the manifestation of God's Holy Spirit as satanism.
3. It does not preach and teach about the Cross and the Blood of Jesus Christ.
4. It is organized as a denominational institution. Satan has used denominations to divide the Church.
   
5. It does not call her hearers to repentance and faith toward God through His Son, Jesus Christ.
   
6. It does not follow biblical pattern for evangelism and discipleship.
   
7. The Harlot church calls her hearers to pray the "sinner's prayer" without asking them to repent from their dead works. 
8. It does not preach and teach about holiness.
9. It does not preach and teach about sin.
10. It rejects present-day apostles and prophets.
11. It teaches that prophecy has ceased.
    
12. It prevents women from becoming leaders in the Church.
13. It accepts those with Bible school degrees in pastoral positions instead of those who have been called and anointed by God.
14. It does not believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
    
15. It teaches that signs, miracles, and wonders have ceased.
16. It teaches that divine healing has ceased.
17. It does not believe in demons and deliverance ministry.
18. It is led by "prosperity" and "motivational" speakers.
    
19. It uses "missionary boards" instead of the local church to fulfill the Great Commission.
20. It does  not have spiritual fathers and spiritual mothers.
21. It uses demographic surveys in church planting instead of the leading of the Holy Spirit.
22. It maintains "seeker sensitive church services" instead of Holy Ghost power-led fellowship.
23. It prefers programs to prayer and fasting.
24. It uses psychotherapists as counselors instead of believers in Christ Jesus.
25. Harlot church leaders charge money before they accept invitations to preach in other local assemblies.
    

SILENT NO MORE!
Do you now see why there is the need for you to study God's word? Our ignorance and laziness to study God's word and pray have given satan the room to operate freely in the Church. How long can we keep silent about demonic activities in the Church? How long can we keep silent about the Church's refusal to exalt Jesus Christ? It is time the Church (the body of Christ) commits to study God's word, practice it, and be ready to disciple the nations. You have no excuse not to join ANAS.
